For over 10 years, Chris has been a top voice and leader in the global coworking and open work industries. He has traveled the world and gained first-hand knowledge of many unique coworking models, and has co-created multiple successful, sustainable coworking spaces.

Chris uses his knack for innovation, background in human design, and uniquely collaborative approach to identify your unique market opportunity while creating customized engagement techniques for your personnel and target demographics.

Billy Rue

Chief Executive Officer

For nearly 30 years, Billy has maintained a passion for bringing new ideas to market, from concept to commercialization. He is an experienced business developer, a serial entrepreneur, and an influential leader with a proven track record of identifying market opportunities, starting-up and sustaining operations, and achieving revenue growth.

Billy leads business development and will be your guide for sales, training, coworking business plan creation, and financial projections.

Anita Füzi, PhD

Head of Research

Anita is a recognized workspace innovation and coworking professional. She possesses expert knowledge on the empowering features which enhance creativity, increase productivity, and stimulate collaborative activity in coworking spaces. She has managed innovation and business development projects at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (Health KIC), and held researcher and lecturer positions in various universities in Hungary, Austria, and the UK.

Her research interests include innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, and collaborative workspace design. She holds a PhD in Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University and has been a Visiting Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Daniel Wright

Head of Real Estate

Daniel Wright is a graduate of the Cornell Baker Program with a Master’s in Real Estate with an urban planning concentration. He holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Utah and an MBA from Brigham Young University. Prior to attending Cornell, Daniel spent 10 years in the real estate industry as a developer and asset manager. His current focus is on improving town centers through urban redevelopment or traditional neighborhood development.

Daniel is also a lecturer in Finance and Real Estate at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he is an instructor for Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Development, Site Planning, Building Design, and Construction Fundamentals.

Craig Talmage, PhD

Lead Analytics Architect

Craig has over 15 years of experience helping nonprofit and for-profit organizations to offer products and services that better the lives of their customers and communities. He maintains a rigorous research agenda focused on community development, innovation, and learning. He also instructs students at Hobart and William Smith Colleges regarding economic principles, data analytics, social innovation, and new venture creation.

At Arizona State University, Craig instructs students regarding community resilience and inclusive community development. He has a passion for helping small enterprisers achieve their economic goals while also bettering the communities in which they live and work.

Jennifer Byrnes

Research & Data Analysis

For more than 10 years, Jennifer has provided start-ups, established businesses, and municipalities with the market research they need to make evidence-based decisions for the successful implementation of new products and services and the identification of clients.

She excels at connecting people in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and has demonstrated that the right information at the right time is a game changer in landing venture capital and other investments. If the information exists, Jennifer will find it.

Chris Bellamy

Lead Software Architect

Chris is an entrepreneur, app developer, and solutions architect with more than 10 years of experience designing and developing both server-and client-side solutions for companies and institutions large and small, from government and higher education to fantasy sports. 

As a lifelong self-professed “techie,” Chris enjoys staying on top of the latest trends in the digital world and helping others take advantage of the latest tools to bridge the gap between the present and the future.

Dingmu (Demi) Yin

Research Intern

Demi is pursuing a degree in Industrial and Interaction Design with a minor in Marketing at Syracuse University. She is well-versed in the area of flexible work and is writing her thesis on the subject while developing methods and systems for the deployment of Evelo Agency products and services.

Demi has landed coverage in various design fields with a global vision. She helped manage several innovative product design projects and training activities related to international cultural communication at LKK Design Co. (Beijing, China). She also participated in developing an internal staff management system for Sina Corp., where she discovered her passion for UX design and building connectedness in the creative ecosystem of the workspace.

Dogan Kaleli

Product Development

Dogan is an entrepreneur, enabler, insurance professional, and volunteer. He has more than 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, innovation, and risk management, and extensive leadership experience in the corporate, start-up, and nonprofit worlds.

Besides his current corporate executive role in one of the largest insurance companies in the world, he is cofounder of several start-ups (i.e., The Backbone, Connexa, and This Is Cowork), and he manages the global InsurTech community he founded in 2017.

David Simón

International Relations

David is a public affairs specialist with over 12 years of experience providing strategic and political advice to companies across Europe. David has designed and coordinated a number of large pan-European campaigns, bridging a large range of European Commission officials, members of the European parliament, representatives from member states, industry, NGOs, think tanks, and the media.

David has worked as chief of staff for the Spanish government in the region of Navarra and was also responsible for the overall public affairs strategy for LincGlobal PA, where he implemented campaigns to reach online and offline environments.
